Frequently Asked Questions
Risk Free / Service Fees
First Class is a risk free plan with no up-front cost – so it’s free to get started. You’ll simply incur a 5% service fee on funds raised. The Starship (Enterprise level) annual plan is a customized program and incurs no service fees.
No Limits
We do not set limits on the number of account administrators or managers helping with your fundraisers. We also do not set a limit on the number of items you can include in your catalogs or the number of sponsors and participants.
*Annual Cap
For U.S. nonprofits only, the First Class license will place a cap on service fees incurred from January-December. When a service fee charge goes over $1997, we will halt ongoing CausePilot service fees (free) for the remainder of the calendar year.
CausePilot Support
You’ll have access to a 24/7 Help Center where you’ll get quick answers to questions, as well as, details instructions and video training in our Flight School. Still need help? Create a support ticket and your CausePilot Crew will come to your aide. Online team training is available for a small fee.
Payment Processing
Credit cards are processed through Stripe, the industry standard for online payments. You’ll automatically receive payouts every 2 business days. Stripe’s current rate is 2.9% + .30 cents per transaction. A discounted rate may be available for nonprofits.
